I can never say if you are clear of STD's, only a test can say that. But if your girlfriend never had oral, vaginal or anal sex with someone then you did not get a STD from her.

If you have never had oral, vaginal or anal sex except for this girl then you don't have a STD.

She would have to have had an std in her throat to give you an std from oral sex.  Oral std's are rare.  Your pain has nothing to do with std's.  You have tested negative.  Two different doctors said your penis looks fine.  Did you get tested for ALL std's?  I doubt your pain is associated, but if you haven't go get a full std screening.  Tell your doctor you would like to be tested for what ever std there is out there.  Then what ever the result is, take that proof whether or not you have the std, and take it from there.  We cannot tell you online whether or not you have an std's or what the problem may be.  Got to a doctor as Vance advised.  Oh, and make sure she tests as well so you won't keep thinking she is giving you std's.  Honestly, if you don't trust her, then move on and always use condoms during oral and vaginal sex.

All HIV questions belong in the HIV community, see the link above.
From oral sex you can get Gonorrhea, NGU, herpes and syphilis. None cause pain in your penis. NGU and gonorrhea can have a burning sensation while urinating but not just pain.
