Hello
I am here to ask a question due to all the confusion i have been having lately regarding STI's. About almost 2 years ago i used to have a casual friends with benefits lady friend, we used have casual sex a lot and also were engaged in unprotected sex. There was a period of time that we stopped talking for about 2-3 months and then we started having casual unprotected sex again after this quite period. During this time and the last time i had intercourse with her about 3-4 weeks (don't remember exactly) after i notice a small bump on the base of my penis and after about a day i decided to try to pop it it was a hard lump at first with no fluids at all as most herpes sores and ulcers might start as, but it popped and started bleeding and what not nothing really came out except for really blood no puss etc. once this was over in the next couple of days it kind of scabbed over and looked like a yellowish dent type maybe an ulcer not sure how to describe it maybe an infectious looking tiny hole on my penis. This didn't hurt unless i applied a lot of pressure to it, i should have gotten this diagnosed by a doctor at the time but i was 17 at the time and and was anxious and was not aware of the correct resources at the time (planned parenthood, teen clinic etc.) and i haven't been to a doctor since i was about 11 years old as i don't have insurance and what not so i didn't have a primary physician. All in all in the last two years since this has happened i have had 2 small bumps which i haven't tried to forcefully pop usually right after shaving about a couple days later or so a and once more when i shaved with a used disposable razor that i had used a week or so before to shave my face and right after got a couple of small zit looking things on my pubic areas which didn't really pop i went to get 3 STI screenings 2 from teen clinic where it showed negative but i did not know that they did not test for herpes and a couple of other STI as they only screen the most occurring ones like gohnnarea, so i found online stdcheck.com about 4 months ago May 2014 and got a 10 panel test scheduled where they took a blood sample and urine sample from me for Hep A, B, C, RPR(Syphilis), Chlamydia, Ghonnarea, Clyamidia, HIV, HSV Type 2 Specific AB IGG ,HSV Type 1 Specific AB igg, they all came back negative. The last STD results were from 3 months ago if i'm not forgetting anything then the last time i even had sexual contact has been almost about a year now about 11 months i would say, so it has been at-least almost 2 years since the first potential "exposure" to any STI, and at least 8 months since my last sexual contact so also another potential "exposure" as i had a one night stand un protected with a woman i met at that time. What i would like the expert opinion on is about if the screening would be correct that i am indeed negative or does any of my previous symptoms sound like it could be anything more than a razor burn that i forcefully popped and made into a infection? or could i have herpes or syphilis or any type of STD any kind of input would be appreciated. I attempted to do as much research as possible on STI's and even surfed the net to find pictures of STI's that might have resembled my ulcer or any of the bumps but cannot come up with anything. On a side note just incase any of this may be a factor i guess you can say i am a oily person i have bacne (back acne), as well as chest acne and get face acne mildly not the worst usually after i shave, i am also physically active a lot i go to the gym lift weights and do cardio 6 days a week and i'm 20 years old. Please let me know if i can provide any more info to help me solve if i have a sti or not, the anxiety and the sense of loneliness and hopelessness of thinking i might have a STI is crazy and i would never wish this upon anyone and i would like to know so i don't pass anything along to anyone if i do i just need some answers any input would be appreciated i apologize about the huge post i just wanted to make all things as clear as possible and include all details thank you!
