Receiving oral sex exposes you to gonorrhea, syphilis and herpes.

The risk of gonorrhea is really low, as that person would have to have the infection in the throat, and it would be too painful for her to give you oral sex in that case. Regarding herpes, your skin should have to get in touch with the lesions that lady had on the lips (in the case she ever had them).

The most transmissible infection in this scenario would be syphilis, but I always strongly recommend people to test after sexual encounters with people they don't know, even if it was just oral sex (as you said, vaginal intercourse was protected).

You can test as follows:
-Gonorrhea, 3 weeks after exposure.
-Syphilis, 6 weeks after exposure and if you get it negative, repeat it 3 months after the encounter, as there are people that take longer to show a positive result.
-Herpes, 3 months after the exposure.
