What is this on my penis?(pics) should I be worried? please help

This small, barely noticeable bump appeared on the tip of my penis where the opening is(meatus). It doesn't hurt or burn or anything. It appeared about a week after I had protected oral sex with my partner but we used a lot of lubricant that I've never tried before. I've only had one partner and we used protection. I was worried that it might be an STD but I was so careful. It's small but it gets bigger when I take a warm shower and shrinks back down again a few minutes later it's very soft too. Can anyone help me figure out what it is? Should I be worried. I asked this question yesterday and people said it was nothing to worry about.

You must have used a different name yesterday.  Why do you think you'll get different answers today?

The best we can tell you is to see your doctor.  Its not sounding like an std, but any time you get symptoms that concern you, you should get them checked out.
