What might this be

I had oral about a week ago
I didnt think much of it until my tounsils became a bit soar i looked closer and found white spots on them and i found small red bumps on the roof of my mouth. There is a small bump on both cheeks of my mouth. They are regular skin colored and darker in the middle. They look as if i bit my lip. My gums look a little swollen and red. I have the chills and hot flashes. My body is somewhat achey. I have a loss in appetite and i have nausea.

Also the bumps on the inside of the cheeks hurt a little. I found a small white bump inside my mouth also i think it might be from biting my lip. And some of the pores on my tounge are really red. Part of my cheek is red and is really soar it feels like it was burnt.

Sounds more like a virus or strep throat than anything else, but see your doctor.
