Is the something to worry about?

Hi, I am 18 and I am wondering on what to do because I fear it may be bad. I had a single ulcer on penis that was about the size of a dime. It crusted over at night and oozed during the day when I moved around. It last about 10 days and was gone completely. It never really hurt or itched. I talk to my dad about it and he said not to worry unless it shows up again and he thinks it's dew to the fact that I am very athletic and I sweat a lot, more then most and I have had problems with sweating to much on my feet already. It's been 10 months sense this and I haven't had any problems except for I get a rash in about the same spot I had the ulcer. The rash is mild and goes away in 3-4 days if I use elidel and has only happened twice. Both times it's been kinda sore, but I'm pretty sure that the rashes are just psoriasis sense I do have a similar problem on my feet from sweating to much. I just want to hear professional advice first instead of getting tested right away.

I was sexual attactive with my last girlfriend. we started dating right after it went away and we didn't do anything for two months so she never saw it but she was thinking the same story as my dad I've been single for about 2 months now and she never had any problems then or now. We still are close to each other.  I did have sex 4 months before I had the sore but that seems to long for anything to happen. I didnt do anything else with any other girls prior to this, beside movies that ended with making out and feeling eachother up threw our clothes so there was never contact so nothing really lines up. During the summer I also staffed at a camp and we shared showers it happened a month after I stop staffing. Could this have anything to do with it?
