my testicles are flaking and the head of my penis is peeling. like flaking. i tend to pick at all my rashes some sort of disorder. but i was wondering if i had any std? dry skin peeling from balls and head of penis.

That sounds like a fungal infection. You should let your doc see it to make sure. It could also be a dermatitis, etc., and the treatment will be different.
