I am male and had an unprotected oral sex from a female with multiple sex partners, I am freaking out I have noticed a lot of small red pimples all over my chest and arms. They look like small red pimples with a tiny whitehead in the middle and a hair follicile sticking out. Is it a symptom of STD.
