Swollen penis

The area outside and below my meatus is swollen resembling lips similar to a V shape below the opening of my urethra.
There is no foul smell, discharge, white sores or ulcers.

My symptoms started when I was kicked in the groin playing sports, the area was swollen and bled after a week things healed.
Then about two weeks ago I did vigorous excersie wearing loose underwear, the area become swollen and bled in my underwear. Since then the area has been swollen and red with no improvement.

I have only had protected sex three times in my life and received unprotected oral sex once in august. In addition to this I have had athletes foot which spread to my groin (diagnosed by a clinician) this cleared up last year after using an antifungal.

Thanks for your advice.
i do suspect that perhaps scar tissue has formed causing the 'lips' around the meatus to expand in shape and look swollen. I will get an std test and see a doctor to be sure (thankfully my country has free healthcare).

Thats not a symptom of any std so its most likely an injury as you suspect.

I am circumcised, the main reason I am posting here is because things are showing no signs of improving even nearly two weeks since injury.

Sorry, my question is firstly do I have any kind of infection? Is it an STD? What can I do to make the swelling go away and heal.
