Chlamydia - mild symptoms persist. Please help.

Hey guys any help is appreciated.

I was having itching and burning for about a month until I got tested (I know, stupid) but turns out I had chlamydia.

I got doxyciline for a week. 2 tablets a day. Some symptoms stopped. I had a really deep itch which went. However urination still burnt and I'd get the odd itch. Things HAD improved but not gone at all..

So I decided to get azothromycin. 1g (2 tablets) Took it and within a few days no more burning. No more little itches. Amazing!

But now I have really mild symptoms. I'll get a random itch for a second but then it's gone. Or a random twinge in my penis and then it's gone. So fast. Just a milisecond.

Is this normal? Clearly things are a lot better. But there might be a little stinging when I wee (when dehydrated) but burning had completely gone.

I'm confused! I was tested for other things such as gonnorea and was negative.

Any advice? Is this normal due to leaving it for a month to get bad? So mild symptoms are normal?

To clarify - the burning has gone. But some stinging when I'm dehydrated. But mild. Definitely not an urn as such. Or like it was. It's a sting and only when dehydrated (dark urine)
