Worried about STD's

Hello,

About 2 months ago I had unprotected vaginal sex and oral sex with a stripper.  Since then I have developed some symptoms of STD's, clear discharge, burning sensation when urinating, frequent urination.  I went to urgent care and I was tested for chlamydia and gonorrhea with a urine test and the results came back negative.  I started taking zithromax prior to the test so I'm not sure if that could have caused a false negative result.  Needless to say the symptoms continue and I'm waiting for results for a second test.  What STD's should I be concerned about as a result of my encounter?  I'm unable to sleep at night and have been very stressed about the situation.  Please help.

It could have. It could have either masked it so you tested negative or cured it and since the symptoms have continued if your 2nd test is positive then well the medication would have masked the infection and caused a false negative.

Thank you for your response.  As far as the negative results for chlamydia and gonorrhea for the first test, would the antibiotics I had taken had an effect on the results?
