What is this itch

Background. Hello, 7 months ago, I had unprtected sex with a female. Weeks or so later, I started to feel itchy on the penis head. I also felt a wiered tingle feeling that come and go as well. I tested for everything and all came back negative. As of today, the tingle is gone but the itch still comes and go. The female turned out to have HSV2 so she say. Found out in February 2013; 6 months later. I tested for HSV2 for the third time and it came back negative. What would cause a itch to come and go for so long? The itch doesnt last very long; maybe a second and a half and go away.

Its when you get constipated and strain and causes a balloning of the tissue inside your anus where blood collects and causes pressure. eventually it pops and blood comes out and the tissue heals somewhat.
This area is connected to the spkinter muscle that is under your groin and if irritated can make you feel like the itch is in your urethrea but in fact its from the hemorrhiod. Thats what i meant above that it itch could be coming from somewhere else. Even crossing your legs with tight pants could make the muscle pull and feel like an itch. This whole area is connected with nerves and very sensitive nerves that are needed for an erection.

You need to just calm down and relax. As we age all kinds of things and body feelings pop up especially when we focus on our bodies through anxiety.

When i was diagnosed with cancer a while back it took all  my mental power to keep a zest for life alive so just focus on improving your financial wealth and thank the good Lord above you have been given a clean bill of health!

Thanks. My urologist said that we have done every test known to man. He also told me to ejaculate often because bacteria get caught in some type of creveses<------if spelled right. He also gave me a month of ciprofloaxin and it almost drove me crazy. The first week or so, my stool was loose. the second week, i developed pain in my shoulders and a burning sensation across my back. The last week and to present day, my butt cheeks started to itch as well as my anus sometimes. I developed a very faint circular pattern on my right butt cheek. Dr. Terri warren said that its not herpes. As of today, it feels like the dull ache feeling on my right butt cheek has transferred over to the left cheek. Im about to lose it. Im trying to keep my cool, but Im going to trust my negative herpes results and hope this feeling subside.

Hi, ill tell you one thing for sure, if you open the tip of your penis with your fingers and look inside youll irritate that area for sure. Ive had soap get in there and had the same feeling for about 3 days. This area is very sensitive to touch and constant touching will make a constant pinching feeling.

I suggest seeing a uriologist. This is not a STD, so it's either some other bacteria/irritation or anxiety.

I have this on and off slight piching feeling in the head of penis for the past 7 to 8 months. For some reason, its been more frequent in the month of april. I'm getting over my herpes fear, but this is really getting to me. What would come and go for such a period of time?

Thanks for the reply. Im not checking for it, but the feeling just comes and go as it pleases. I understand what you are saying. The guilt and axiety was killing me. I'm trying to move forward and continue my life. This encounter has really opened my eyes. I read a post from Doctor HHH that no STD cause itching without some type of bump.

Hi and welcome. From what you describe your possibly irritating it yourself by constant checking. This happens all the time. Also it could be a originating from another area like your prostate and only feels its in your urethrea.
