Small red bump at the base of my penis

I'm a 15 Year old boy, My gilrfriend and i have been dating for over a year now and we have had unprotected sex a couple of times. A couple days ago ( 4 days) i noticed a red bump at the base of my penis with a hair coming out of it so me being me i pulled it out it is still the same size today. I want to know if this is a STI i should alert my parents about and head to the Clinic or just leave it alone until it heals. I've had them before and they disappear within a couple of days. I need help ASAP!

that´s probably a infected ingrowing hair. It is advisable, however, to have a chalmydia test to any person who is sexualy active.Keep using protection with your girlfriend and find out if she has had any other relationship. If the spot doesn´t dissapeared son or it gets bigger, you should see a doctor as you may need antibiotic.
