Worried need help

So about 6 months ago I received unprotected Oral sex. I didn’t think anything about it. I started to have so odd issues that got me worried. 1. Discomfort in Lower abdomen/upper pelvic region. Sometimes it feels like there is a knot in there, can’t feel it by touch. 2. Early on frequent urination, which is not a problem now. 3. Lower back/tailbone pain. It is not constant. Some days I have it others I don’t. 3. Sometimes it feels like my testicles are bigger and getting in the way. They don’t feel different when I touch them and they don’t hurt. 4. Sometimes I have a tingling freezing in my groin area. Not constant. 5. Sometimes I have a light headed ness or dizzy feeling with stiffness in my shoulders neck area.
I have been to the doctor. They did a dipstick UA and CBC? Blood test. All came back normal. I informed the doctor of my concerns with receiving oral unprotected. He also did a physical evaluation of my groin area. He said he did not suspect any std. he said there were no signs on my physical evaluation and nothing showing in my labs to lead him to suspect a std and that I didn’t need std testing. He said maybe my anxiety and guilt were getting to me.
So my question is this.
I understand many stds can be asymptotic, are they asymptotic forever? Can symptoms come and go?
I also understand you have to take specific test for stds. But could he rule stds out based on the labs I did complete?
I am still extremely worried. As I have symptoms that come and go, but are not typical of what I read for common std symptoms. Is my anxiety getting me? I look forward to any answers/information given.

I also want to add that my sex drive has gone down and am having what I think is some redacted penis issues.

So first things first.

The only STDs you'd be at risk for from receiving unprotected oral are gonorrhea, syphilis, genital herpes type 1 (if you don't already have oral hsv1), and NGU.

Syphilis and ghsv1 wouldn't cause any of these symptoms. You'd get a sore or blisters on your penis, which you don't mention, so we can rule those out.

You had a dipstick urine test, which would have found white blood cells in your urine. That's not a terribly reliable way to diagnose NGU, which is just an infection in your urethra caused by anything except gonorrhea. Giving a urine sample and looking for white blood cells under a microscope or doing a urethral swab is far more accurate.

Testing for gonorrhea is the only way to rule that out with certainty.

Your symptoms are not typical of an STD. They could be anxiety, if you feel anxious or guilty about this.

You've had what seems like a really thorough exam. If your testicles were swollen or enlarged, the doc would have seen that.

No STD decreases your sex drive, causes dizziness, freezing/tingling or redacted penis. (I'm not even sure what that means - do you think it's shrinking? Redacted means to edit something out of text. In any case, no STD causes your penis to shrink or hide or anything like that.)

Stress and anxiety can cause a lower sex drive, and you certainly sound like those fit.

If you want to rule out NGU and gonorrhea, get specific tests for those. I'd be really surprised if you had them. Oral sex is lower risk than vaginal or anal sex.

If you still can't let it go, then see a therapist. I say that with compassion, not criticism. You deserve to be able to let this go.

Thank you for your answer. By redacted I mean at times when not erect my penis seems to go up inside my body. Not sure if I am explaining that. What I looked up on that does not have a lot of answers for that other than being overweight, which I am.
Also question on discharge? Could discharge be so minimal that you would not notice it? I haven’t had any discharge that I know of, but at times I feel like something needs to come out, but doesn’t.
Sorry if I sound stupid. I have never had an std before, so I have no idea what symptoms would feel like if I had one.
You don't sound stupid at all. No worries. I'm glad this is new to you and you've never had an STD before.

If you had a discharge, you'd notice it. You'd either see it at the end of your penis, coming from your urethral opening (where you pee from), or on your underwear, or both.

So you mean penis retraction, like it's retracting into your body? I'm not sure what causes that, but it's not an STD. I couldn't find much on it either, but what I found says what you found, with the exception that it could be a ligament issue - https://www.healthline.com/health/buried-penis That doesn't sound like what you're experiencing, unless you've had an injury or something?

If you're experiencing dizziness, and you're overweight, has your blood pressure and such been checked? I'm assuming your doctor took it at your appt, but was it high? Have you been checked for diabetes? Those are far more serious than any STD you may or may not have gotten (but probably didn't).
AJ,

Ok went in and got gohno/chlamydia test through STDcheck.com. My anxiety is now back through the roof as I wait on the results. I know that those things can be cured, but the harm it will do to family and kids has me scared to death. So now I wait and hope for negative results. I can tell you one thing I will never be stupid like that again.
I'm going to request that this thread be closed so we don't get confused.
