Worried!

Hi,

I have being going out with my partner for the past 8 years and she has been my only sexual partner. I had a very regrettable (and completely stupid) encounter with a 'lady of the night' in Singapore 3 nights ago. I did wear a condom and only penetrated her for maybe 1 minute at most before I realised how completely stupid I was being and stopped. I am now very worried that I may have contracted something. What are the possibilities of this? I know it's too soon to be showing symptoms but this morning I woke up with a sore throat. I think it may be due to the air conditioning in my bedroom as I have got similar sore throats in the past when staying in hotels but because of my encounter a few nights ago I am concerned. As of now I have no other symptoms. Please can you help me? Thanks

i think we all react to air conditioning differently, i get sick and am sometimes out of commission for a week after having it full blast all night.  i don't think you have much risk since you did use a condom, and even if you did get something, it takes weeks for a disease to germinate and start showing symptoms
