Yeast Infection

i had few months not having sex...but i had done HIV antibody test after 72 days and as well as syphilis VDRL..and all come out as negative..and 4 months later since my last sex i keep having a whitish layer cover under my foreskin of the penis within 2-3 days...and now i realize there is an red colour on the penis glands...is it male yeast infection?or it might be something else?
