Your thoughts please

I had body to body massage, received condom covered oral and involved (I came with condom inside her mouth) with Nipple sucking for two to three mins with a CSW. That was the only sexual exposure in my life. Then I got fear (May be guilt??).. I went for various tests. There were tests for all STDs initially after 14 days, followed by six weeks, three months as well as six months. All are negative for HIV, Syphilis and Heb B & C. I had these tests in a very famous hospital in Norway who are the Govt approved persons for these tests. They did few more tests at the very first time after 14 days of exposure. Then HIV Duo, syphilis, Heb B and C in all other tests. Can I believe those results and move on. I am at 10 month now after that exposure. Came to know about HIV HEB co-infection and sero conversion may be delayed..My questions are

1. Was my six months test enough to find HEB B and C... What is the maximum window period for HEB B and C?

2. If six month is the max window for HEB B and C, then Can I completely believe the HIV results?

3. I had various symptoms like burning Geographic tongue then and there. Now also it is there... Is it due to any infection because of my previous episode?

4. I am having time to time body twitching and so much irritation throughout my body... Especially after taking bathe..Do u see any connection between this and my previous episode?

5. I got pimples kind of things at my chest.. like one or two per week.. then they healed themselves and left scares.. Was those indicates anything?

6. Finally do you recommend or make my mind to worry about anything? A lesson learned.. But too much costly in terms of stress and almost 10 month's worries..

You were told in Nov that you didn't have risk for HIV, and you certainly didn't have risk for hep B, or any std.  Your tests are conclusive, and you don't have anything.

I see no reason to test again for anything.  None of your symptoms are indicative of anything sexually related, and quite possibly are due to anxiety.

If you can't move on from this, you need to seek some help for that.  I say that with kindness, not criticism.
