Std maybe

My boyfriend and I broke up for a month about November/December, got back about 3 months ago. And I did see someone else at the time of being broken up and had sex only a few times.I never told my boyfriend because I knew it would hurt him very badly. But I did hear from a mutual friend he had slept with another girl, I've asked and he denies it and I can believe him, but I've seen he tried talking to other girls as well. Anyways a few days ago I noticed I had a uti coming on, I went to the clinic and it was confirmed. I'm suppose to take the meds for 10 days, I'm going on the 4th and it still hasn't made a big difference. But the lab called this morning and they said there's no more bacteria growth with the meds so it works. But I still feel like it hasn't changed much, but I went to the bathroom this morning and when I whiped there was a greenish, yellowish, white discharge. This is the first time I've had that, and haven't had it since. And with my uti symptoms not changing much as they should I'm scared it's an std. I set up to get checked next week. I've had chlymidia in the past, and I had no symptoms besides itching, I have not had that problem now. But i don't know what to tell my boyfriend, how to approach it, and if it is something how to tell him. I really don't want him to know I was with someone because it'll only hurt him and we weren't together at the time. I just need some advice. As I don't have many people to talk to.

Hi, sometimes when you take antibiotics you can develop a yeast infection as a result but if the discharge is greenish color and the meds are not heping then you should get tested for Trich. A UTI is an infection in your urethra and Trich would be an infection in your vagina.
