after gonorrhea complications

hello docter ...i was tested positive to gonorrhea more than a month ago ,so the docters gave me a antibiotic injection ...after that i was tested negative three times but then i started to develop epidydimitis ,which was not serious at early stage ..then i was given antibiotic called doxycycline ...but now i have body aches and swelling on the left side on my neck and face ...and very little pain on the left eye with watery eyes ....is there a way that gonorrhea does not show in the results? ,i had done three urine tests for it .....but complications just dont seem to go away?

Hi, the neck and face issues would not be std related the the body aches could be associated with herpes primary outbreak. How long ago was your exposure as firs time symptoms usually happen between 3 and 13 days or so.
