almost painless ulcers at throat

i gave unprotected oral sex once to my boyfriend once, around 4 months ago. we have since broken up. however, within the past two months i have experienced 2 ulcers at the side of my throat. they are pretty huge, 1-2 cm.

however, they are not exactly painful. there is definitely discomfort. i can still easily swallow and consume my food.
the ulcers might have a result of alcohol and late nights these days. but the almost painless ulcers worry me alot.

what are the chances of me getting syphillis? i am so worried.

It is not syphilis. 1 canker appears and then a rash appears.

hi thanks for answering,

but i meant that the first ulcer came and went away a month ago, and now another has appeared on the other side of my throat.

also, i would like to ask if oral syphilis will affect me the same way as syphilis acquired through vaginal intercourse?

Syphilis appears as 1 canker so these symptoms are not of syphilis. Also syphilis is rare in developed countries and rare in men unless they have sex with other men.
