am confused, need a speedy response

i had unprotected sex, with an ex girlfriend last month back, and then i noticed pimples around my penis area, were hairs grow. and then a little itch inside my testicles, very faint itching, so i went to the doc and he suggested i tske a Urine Culture test, and a swipe, and it shows my urine is clean, but the result from the swipe, shows i have coliform bacteria. So i was places on a series of antibiotics and injections. but till now, i will see about 2 pimples, it hasnt cleared out.but the itching has stopped. should i still be worried

sorry but what I know about intestinal worms and the treatment for them you could fit on your pinky finger nail.  give your doctor a call for questions about that.

so that shows what you had in your urinary tract system, not what was going on on the skin.  I assume they treated you with antibiotics?

odds are your itching externally is a fungal infection - aka jock itch. You can see your provider for a proper exam to diagnose it or even just try an otc jock itch cream twice a day for 7 days and see if that helps.
