we do not look at pictures. why not is discussed in our read before posting post on this forum.
bottom line is - you need to go and be seen and discuss this with your provider. It could be many things going on and a proper evaluation, in person, is what you need at this point.
If you are having constipation issues, they can cause hemorrhoids too.

if i send u a picture..can u diagonse what this could be???
thanx for all ur replies n ur concern...
well that doesn't sound like Herpes or an STD but being seen is all you can do for diagnosis. sorry for the lack of help but we cant diagnose it. even so you still need to consider getting a full std panel.
well..one strange thing which i have noticed is that the bump is inactive if i dont do anal sex...and i\the pain reoccured only if i do anal sex..pain occured on second day (after 2days)...and stayed there for 7-8days..and again pain vanished if i remains sexually inactive
well it could be HSV... But we couldn't tell you for sure... you should see your doctor sinc eyou have active sores they should be able to diagnose it for you. again get a full std panel as well. sthey can swab the bumps for HSV.
well when i had this problem for the first time, there was only 1bump....n it vanished after 7-8days...but on second time there were 2bumps...n after few days 1 vanished and other one was still there but there was no pain in that bump...then on third time again there were 2bumps...1 was the older one and second was a new one and both were paining during discharge(scatting)...after 7-8days the older one vanished and new one stayed...again there was no pain in that new one...and now again this time the new one is again active (paining) and with it there is a one morw bump....n all these bumps are/were small...n when they starts paining its hard to bear...i cant even sit or lay down properly for 10-15min after i get discharge in the morning or other time during day..
are you sure they are pimples... are you having protected sex or not?
If not you need a full std the discharge could be related to chlamydia, gonorrhea or other STDs... the bumps could be something else like hemorrhoids, no std would pop up right after an encounter. Maybe a week or two later.
Honestly you need to see a doctor for a proper diagnosis and if your having unprotected sex you need a full STD to ensure your status
