is it an STD or something else

I have to admit. I went on a wild spree with some ladies. And one in particular we continued to have sex unprotected.  I was feeling fine for the next week or so. I started to go back to the gym and work out. It was my first time in a long while that I did a bunch of leg excercises like squats and extensions. I felt a little tight when I was done, but I was ok.
The next day I felt my lymph nodes in my right groin swollen. I figured it would go aways It was in the afternoon after urinating that all of sudden both sides felt swollen and now my penis is a little sore. Not like burning, but sore like a real good work out. Could it be from working out or possible STD? I have had an operation last year on my vas deferens to see if this would help with my partner getting pregnant, so I know what that swollen feels like.

Good luck, and good decision to test.

After a night of tylenol, the soreness in the lymph nodes are down to a minimum and testes feel ok. Penis feels fine, but the foreskin around the head has swollen up considerably. I think it may have came from abrasion in the shorts. I tried to walk easy all day, but that doesn't help in the Miami heat. I am making an appointment anyway. I don't have any other symptoms.

If it feels like it does after a good workout, then I would go with that.

If it doesn't get better in a day or two, then get tested.
