When to test for STDs after multiple recent encounters and condom breakage

Hi,
I had encounters with multiple people (both male and female). Last time, I got tested was on 12-7-10 for HIV and STI. They put some stick like thing to bite in the mouth and put it in a solution or whatever. I can't remember well. I was told if I was positive, it would change color. It didn't. So, I was told I was HIV negative. Prior to the test and after the test, I had encounters with multiple people (both male and female) over the time.
--> With males, I had both protected and unprotected oral sex. I was receiving blowjobs and rimjobs (anilingus). I never gave blowjob. The anal penetration with the two males was protected
-->With females, I had both unprotected and protected oral sex. No Anal penetration that I can remember of.
-->There was a condom breakage during a recent vaginal penetration with a girl at "massage parlor"/adult bodyrub. I would like to believe it was for a brief period. She realized the breakage and asked me to remove the penis. She goes "Holy S#!t". We used a brand new condom and continued with it. Of all the encounters I had, this felt like a high risky encounter.
-->The latest encounter was yesterday 3-9-12. But there was no oral sex or intercourse. It was a body rub followed by a handjob.
-->Was it a high risk encounter getting HIV/STD infection because of the condom breakage? What about the risks of getting HIV/STD due to unprotected blowjobs and rimjobs? Any HIV/STD infections because of the partner licking the testacles?
-->Finally, when do you recommend I get tested? What tests? and I am uncut (not circumcised)
.

I've stopped any kind of sexual activity with men. And with women, I wanna be away from that lifestyle and be with one woman. Since I don't wanna ruin that one woman who I wanna meet soon, I wanna stay sexually inactive for few months, get tested and start a new life. Yes, I regret what I have done with all those encounters.

You are a prime candidate for HIV/STDS...sorry to say.

If you are going to continue this way of life, ( I am NOT judging you) I would suggest being tested at least every 6 months for EVERYTHING.

In the world of "adult films" they always use condoms ( even if you can't see them ) and those actors/actresses are tested all the time.

Report ANY symptoms to a doctor...even flu like symptoms...as these are the types you would get after unprotected intercourse if you've contacted HIV.
I would be more inclined to say that the intercourse with the men would pose a higher risk than with the women, but both can put you at risk.
