I was not aware of any symptoms. and I had just had my exam about 1-2mo. ago and when they did the STD it came back negative. Did they test you for any stds?  Were they able to tell you what is causing this?

How are they treating it?

And if you don't trust your husband (which is an entirely different thread in an entirely different forum), he should be tested, and since you are pregnant, you should be using condoms.

Cervicitis isn't always caused by an std.  It can be caused by other infections.  It sounds like you need to check with your doc to see what he/she thinks.

The three most common causes of cervicitis are chlamydia, gonorrhea, and trichomonas. All three, it should be noted, are considered sexually transmitted diseases or STDs. If cervicitis is caused by an STD, treatment for your partner is also crucial.

I found that on the following website, which has a lot more information you will probably find helpful.

But that doesn't automatically mean it's from an STD.  Best of luck to you!!
