please help, freaking out

Long story short, about 4 weeks ago I gave a guy oral sex for under a minute, and he sucked the head of my penis for 5 seconds. He says that he has never had a STD. Since then a girl I know has had unprotected sex with me and she has also given me unprotected oral sex without ejaculation. Yesterday we had sex again, but no oral sex. She said she's been very tired for the past 2-3 days, and today she woke up with a sore throat that got progressively worse throughout the day. I may have an extremely mild sore throat, but I can't tell if it's actually there or if it's maybe just anxiety or something else.

From what I've seen I was at very low risk for getting STDs and I think I've just been overreacting for the most part, but I plan on getting tested for STDs asap. Can anyone tell me what my risks are, what STDs I should get tested for, and if this could all be anxiety on my part?

Whoever told you that oral gonorrhea would show in a urine sample is wrong. You have to have a throat swab.

You want to get the 1st stream of urine, so what you did was right.

Counselor is a good idea.

thanks for the response. i went and gave a urine sample for gonorrhea and chlamydia, they said that if i had gonorrhea in the throat it would show up in the urine sample. Because I'm so paranoid now i'm worried that because i didn't pee into the toilet before peeing into the cup there could be contaminants and a false positive. any advice? i'm almost thinking about going to a counselor too

I see no reason to think you or her have a STD.
You were at risk from giving oral: Gonorrhea, Herpes and Syphilis
Receiving oral: Gonorrhea, NGU, Heres and Syphilis
Unprotected sex: All STD's and HIV

Testing times: Gonorrhea, Chlamydia, NGU-1 week
Syphilis-6 weeks
HIV-3 months
Herpes-3-4 months

From oral sex the risk is low and not a huge concern. But if you want make sure to have an oral swab done for oral gonorrhea.
