concerned about discomfort in penis

worried about this
june this year had a lap dance from a stripper, no intercourse, did put a finger in her vagina, later masturbated, at least an hour later, not sure if i washed my hands between them.
No symptoms
About a week later I started doxycycline to prevent malaria, have been on that, 100mg per day since then. While overseas, had no sexual ccontact of any kind with any one.
I did masturbate frequently though, and sometimes used condoms with lube inside them, the last week i used condoms with spermicide but not before that.
a week ago i started having a slight discomfort in the end of my penis, on sunday, i started to take the doxycycline twice a day and plan to do so until saturday.
the discomfort is now more noticable during the day, there is no discharge, nothing cloudy or unusual with my urine, but the discomfort is more severe just after urinating and sex.

it seems unlikeley that the symptoms would have started 6 months after the minor encounter, and could be related to an irritant, although it has gotten more noticeable, or a urinary tract infection, which i have never had.

The medication probably would have taken care of gonrrhea, NGU, and chlymida. So a test would probably be meaning less.

Last thing
Still thinking no stds? Also if I took a test for ease of mind would it show up since i am now on doxy and bactrim and and finished the cipro 3 weeks ago.  the doc seemed to think that the meds I was on would have cleared up any Chlamidia or gonorhea, i read some stuff on the forums about trich but seems unlikely from what i read

Pain is just in tip of penis, and a little soreness in testicles if I was laying on my side with the between my legs.

Thanks for being patient with me

Update
Went to doc, did a regular urinalysis which was clear, told me it was prostatitis, I explained the nature of the encounter and the timeline from that poin on to them, prescribed me cipro for 4 weeks on 12/2/09.  Took the cipro, sysmptoms went away, finished cipro, came back 12 days later, which was last week. I took the doxy again, 2 pills twice a day, today is my last day.  symptoms didi not get better, went to doc last night, urine was clear, no bacteria, had a very slight amount of blood in urine, white blood cell count was up a bit and had a low grade fever, she gave me bactrim stated taking last night, twice a day for 30 days, says if not better will send to urologist

what do you think, thanks

this afternoon pain was a bit worse than it has been at all, took two ibuprofin

Could be side effect of doxy, simple irritation or something else...can't really say.

no other symptoms, did feel unexplained back pain, third of the way up, twice when it was starting, not persistent though.

I did see that doxycycline could cause irritation, and it did get more noticable after the dose was doubled.
