does oral antibiotics cure chlamydia/gonorrhea of the eye?

On the 9th of July I woke up with redness in both eyes, feeling of grit and occasional watering (minimal to almost no discharge) and burning sensation during urination.

I went to see an urologist, who did not take any tests but directly prescribed me:-
1.Ceftrioxone 1g I.V. injection
2.azithromycin 500 mg, 5 tablets for 3 days
3.levofloxacin 750, 5 days for 5 days

Its been 3 days since i'm on the medication, azithromycin dosage is over and 2 tablets left for levofloxacin, and my eye redness has reduced a bit and the burning during urination reduced a bit too but not completely gone.

What i want to know is:-
1.Will this antibiotic course be enough to cure my conjunctivitis?
2.Should I be taking antibiotic eye drops as well?
3.should i go see an ophthalmologist?
4.My vision gets a bit blurred at times, but washing with water or blinking a few times fixes it. Should i be concerned?

Once you have received medical advise, there is not too much we can add to that. Antibiotics will work properly if you take them the way your doctor told you.

All the best.
