epididymitis can UTI cause it? Am i taking wrong antibiotics?

I was diagnosed with epididymitis and it’s been a month. I’m not sexually active it started at my left testicle first antibiotic is levofloxacin for 10 days after that naproxen for 5 days thought I’m getting better then 2 days later pain and swelling went back. My doctor suggested me to a urologist but it’s been 3 weeks and never got a call. I went to emergency for another antibiotic refferal. Doctor gave me Ciprofloxacin for 14 days and another set of naproxin 10 days I’m about to finish both medication but now my right testicle is starting to feel a coming and going pain started 3 days ago. I’m really worried I tried ejaculating after my first set of naproxin and levofloxacin and I got a clear semen no white at all. It freaked me out so I tried it again at the after noon that day I got a white semen but watery it still freaked me out so that night I tried it again n it looks like a normal semen. Now that my right testicle is starting to hurt I’m really worried I’m a 29 yr old virgin I wanted to father my own children someday. Anyone can jump in? Help me with my problem?

I meant that you said your stds are negative. So it is not due to stds.
It must be due to other bacteria  or some other causes that you need to find out by a diagnosis

So all STDs comes back negative? Or is it other bacteria?

First, u need to have a definitive diagnosis. You need to have urine test, pcr test, bacteria culture. Your doctor cannot and should not jump into giving antibiotics straight away. You dont know what bacteria you are dealing with
