Can I reinfected myself with gonorrhea having sex with new person?

I was treated a few days ago and my symptoms went away after 1 day. I was hanging with some friends and had some drinks. Afterwards it was just me and another friend and we ended up making out. Things got heated. They were interested in having sex. I told him my situation and how I was on treatment. But while we were both Drunk we convinced ourselves it would be fine. I ended up topping him and ejaculating inside. He was tested a few weeks back and was negative for a full screening. He and I had not had sex before. Could I have infected him? Could I have reinfected myself?

Yes and Yes.  Once testing positive you should not engage in those types of activities until you have retested and have confirmed your negative status.
