freaked out a little
I had an encounter about 5 days ago in a "cat house" massage parlor. I received a massage followed by her started to give me oral, I stopped her within 2 seconds to have her put a condom on and then she continued oral for a bit followed by sex with condom on. Is there any risk here or is this all in my head? I'm fairly worried. I don't feel that well lately but it could just be coincidence since everyone I know has been sick recently.

There is little to no risk here. Oral sex for a few seconds is highly unlikely to transmit anything.
Oral sex with a condom still leaves a slight risk for genital herpes type 1 if you don't already have oral hsv1 (think cold sores), and syphilis, but the risk is very low.
I wouldn't worry about this at all if I were you.
