Worried about STD's?

STD possibility????

Scared after one night stand. Married

So here's my story. I've been married for 10 years and always been faithful

2 days ago I had unprotected sex with a girl I have known for years but never been intimate with

My wife and I are in the midst of trying to work things out

I'm not worried about HIV as that seems to be highly unlikely

What I am worried about is other STD's

I took a test this morning for clamedia and gonarehea since it has been two days

My fear is syphillis since from what I read, I must wait at least 10 days to test. My balls feel heavy or I have a red spot above my penis that I did not notice before. Granted it could be an in grown hair since I do tend to get those from time to time

The clinic I went to also said after 10 days I can take a test for everything, including HIV

I don't want to have sex with my wife until I know I did not catch anything but am I just over worrying?

Any advice would be great. Thanks in advance

Thanks Fear

My gonarehha and clamedia tests came back negative (post 2 days),should I trust that negative or retest at 2 weeks

The docs here seem to think 2-3 days for that test is sufficient?

And I do plan to test for other things down the road

You're symptoms or other problems can't be diagnosed onl9 right now.Better to get tested
For syphills at 6 weeks,
For hsv at 12 weeks,
For hiv 28 days {duo}.
Thanks
