frequent urination std and what else

Hi doctor,
Straight to the story I was giving oral sex from a female and started to feel symptoms of frequent urination around 5 hours after, and so my mission biggins. I went to a primary doctor and told her the symptoms and was diagnosed for a uti and giving cipro, after a couple days of taking cipro I started to get lower back pains (two weeks into the frequent urination) from there it shot up to my mid and higher back with random chills, the bad back pain lasted about 5 days after the 5 days the pain mellowed out but still currently feeling lower back pain. Took a urine culture and it came back negative. From there I went to get tested for clamydia/gonorrhea and tested positive for gonorrhea. I've gotten the vaccine took the pills and it's been 11 days since and I'm still feel the urge to urinate offten ( not as urgent as the first two weeks) I feel I could hold off on it a bit more now then about a month ago. does medication usually take this long? Do these symptoms conclude another problem? What else could I have been exposed to and or what should I expect?

Then you had a low risk encounter for gonorrhea and NGU, without discharge doubt it is either and symptoms never begin that soon.

If you gave oral sex that has nothing to do with your penis. Follow up with your Dr this has nothing to do with a STD.
