gonorrhea getting chronic

please i'm a 21 year boy and had sex with these two girls somewhere in february last year. i experienced burning pain in urination weeks later so i went to the hospital and was given cipro. gono went away after i finished taking the full course. i experienced a burning sensation in urination and a lot of discharges again after 2 months then a pharmacist prescribed azithromycin 2000g. gono went again. later around november last year i experienced burning sensation again with some painless whitish rush on the upper part of my penis. also for about two times i have had a quite painful sore around my penis(upper part) and in both cases, these whitish looking painless bumps still remained with the burning sensation during urination. up till now i still have the whitish bumps on the upper part of my penis(close to the pubic hairs) and the number has increased to about 8 whitish bumps. the burning sensation and discharge still remains. i went to see a doctor who prescribed cefixime (didnt work), later i took fluconazole(didnt work), azithromycin again, flagyll and even 2500g of ceftriaxone injections combined with cipro. i even thought it might be syphilis so i took penicilin for 7 days but still its as if i just had the disease. right now too i cant have access to a doctor apart from the internet because i'm currently working on a project that keeps me out of town but there is a very good pharmacy shop with a good pharmacist and nurse. please what is wrong with me and what should i do? please help me . pleasssse. i'm scared and i've spent so much money on drugs already but to no avail so plssssss. i need to know what to do....what drug could help?

You should stop taking all of this medication and get some basic testing done so you can see what is going on.

I agree with Vance.
Get yourself tested to ascertain what exactly is the problem and stop taking all these medications in the meantime,
