gonorrhea?

I have had a slight burning sensation in my penis off and on, usually after urination but not always. I don't have any discharge. Could this be gonorrhea? I have also had an itchy feeling on my arms and legs at night, but I thought that may have been an allergy to dust mites in a new bed. The itching only appears after I have been lying on the bed for an hour or so and goes very shortly after I get up. I slept on the floor last night and didn't have the itch. I drink a lot of coffee and water, and I have had a similar sensation in the past, so I'm worried that I may be reading too much into something after one event where I put myself at risk. It's currently about six weeks after the risk of infection.

No, but don't have sex in that time - protected or unprotected.

Thank you very much for replying. I am currently due to fly home in two weeks. Is the risk urgent enough that that delay could prove serious?

Gonorrhea wouldn't cause the itching, so it might be something in your new bed.

That said, you should get tested for gonorrhea and chlamydia, as your symptoms sound consistent with both.

Sorry, the sensation I have had before was the sensation in my penis, not the itching.
