You are going to have to see a Dr. My guess was going to be a STD from the penis issues, but not sure what is going on.
also i wear tight underwear but i change it now itching slightly gone but somtime pain in thigh testicles in lower abdominal
last year 1time but then got infection after cipro it gone but itching inside not gone so again go to clinic dr gives me mefacid so my urine turn yellow but itching inside penis head black still there palm have some black spot
also tested for hiv sypils came negative
