I need help I appreciate if you can!
2 days ago I noticed a pimple like lesion on the base of my penis, almost scrotum. There's no pus or pain, its red and kinda flat, how can I know if its a wart or just a pimple? I applied antibiotic cream, totthpaste and tried to pop it but it has not changed itsbappreneave.
Any sughestions ?

Can warts be confused with pimples or do they look completely different?
