help what could this be

had unprotected oral and protected vaginal sex.  became very worried and upset since i have had unprotected sex with giirlfreind 3 days after taking z-pak. now she has slight discharge after sex slight odor no itching or burning but very frequent urination.  I have slight itching around head of penis no discharge or pain.  what could this be if anything

Probably mind playing tricks on you.
The azithromycin could have cured something but a uti is not a STD, so I don't see any worries.

thanks for the help my girlfreind went to the dr and was told she did have a uti that there was blood in her urine.  i have started having some itching around the head of my penis and i fell like i am urinating more than usalluy.  do i have reason to worry or is it just my mind playing tricks.

also we each took about 2 grams  azithromycin  we had not sex while on the medication but had it a couple days after medication was taken.  would that have cured anything?  i would appreciate any help thanks alot

she needs more than a home uti test - she needs to go and be seen and get  a proper work up done.

You can get std's from oral but the risk is overall low.  Your vaginal sex was protected. Really no reason to worry about std's from your encounter though if you know you won't rest easy until you test then by all means do so.

It is possible, but without u having symptoms (discharge or burning while urinating) chances are you do not have gonorrhea or NGU.

Well from the unprotected oral it could be gonorrhea or NGU. Or it might be something like a yeast infection or maybe BV.

does it sound like an std? to you or more like else the home uti test came back negative

Your gf needs to go and be seen and have her discharge properly evaluated as well as tested for uti's.
