I have slight swelling in my penis. And on and off burning. My groin area burns slightly. I have no discharge. I'm a male who had receptive protected anal sex. I gave oral unprotected and spit on condom for lube before insertion. I don't have any bumps or discharge on penis and urination is normal. Slight swelling of foreskin is wrinkled.I have taken 1gram of zithromax and have 500 mg left in pack. Could this possibly be prostatitis? Its been a week since encounter I took zithromax yesterday. Just worried about spitting on condom after unprotected oral and then receiving protected anal . I also received unprotected oral and the tip of my penis got spit on it. I'm hoping bacterial.
