tingle and pain in the tip of penis

hi I am 35 year old male i been having a tingle and a little pain in the tip of my penis the tingle for about last 2 weeks and the pain for about a week although the tingle its fading a little I did test on date 11 feb 2009 for most STDs HIV and herpes came back negative still excpecting the resulsts for the rest what do you recon this tingle and pain could be related to could it be herpes should i do blood test for herpes?

That's a lot of what ifs, and you are letting your anxiety take you away.  There is a blood test for herpes- a type specific IgG blood test - but it won't be conclusive for 4 months.

couldnt notice anything i was mostly drunk its was night  it was just acasionally didnt even know this person even the cuts i noticed them 3 days after he could have infected me after he broke the condom with his lips sores if he had open sores gumms saliva in the cuts anyway i did the tests but i mean to put my mind at rest i should do the blood test is there blood test for herpes?

You would have noticed if a condom broke.  It either would have burst at the top or ripped at the sides - its not something you can miss.

What would he have infected you with through a condom?  Don't let your anxiety get carried away, ok?

hi jess agion sorry 1 last question all this tingling happens to come after i had an encounter 3-4 minute oral  with an man my penis to him the problem is this person bit me in the tip of penis on one side and scratched on the other side an the worst yet to come i came accross this person and he tells me he has herpes  i think he bit me on purpose the snake wanted to infect me i cant belive what i have done anyway the bite took 2 weeks to heal and the mark almost 4 months now to disapear i have never had any blisters,ulcers,or discharge and as i said i did get tested 4 days ago but they didnt do it by blood only looked on the penis and my groins i mean if this was herpes the symptoms would have shown already what do you suggest i do is there blood test for herpes although i intend to ask my doctor this week but id appriciate one suggestion from you?

No, I'd doubt its herpes, and I'd wonder if you have had a prostate exam.  Sometimes, inflammation in the prostate can cause strange sensations in the tip of the penis.
