Weird spots in underwear balls area
I recently discovered on ny underwear brown /red/orange dots, i was a bit freaked out its blood until i took closer look and saw its mainly brown and some are red orangish,id i t is it just dirt from long day at work or should i worry? My balls dosent feel weird or anything but i never experienced it before as far as i can remember. And it happened like 3 times recently.
