STD, Herpes or HIV
Dear Dr. I recently had a finger inserted in my rectum (fingernails were slightly long) by an escort (sex worker). This lasted for about 30 seconds, she also started to insert a vibrator into my anus, and within 10-20 seconds I asked her to cover it with a condom, which she did but also assured me she washed it with bleach and hot water prior to arriving (but cant be sure about that). I had completely protected oral sex only. As a precauation I started taking Doxycycline to handle all the bacterial std's, just in case. I am in a relationship and very, very worried. Am I at risk of aquiring herpes or hiv from the toy or finger. Please help asap. Thanks very much
