you should see your provider for a proper exam since you have multiple issues going on. Discuss your anxiety too so you can get help for it. if you aren't able to handle this sort of stress now at your age, it won't get better as you get older unless you develop better coping skills.

If you are old enough to want to be naked with girls and have sex, you are old enough to be protecting yourself as well as your partners. condoms are helpful for protecting you as well as pregnancy prevention. Bottom line is - if you don't have a condom, keep your pants on for the most part.
