is this STD

7  months  ago a have unproductive sex with women I just known in a trip , two days after a developed a rash on each side of my Buttock the rash appears like pimples (hard and can't squeeze them) they appears spiritedly from each other not like group . the color is red and measured like 0.5 cm to 1 cm after that they turn to Broun color then they disappears and left unpleasant  hyper pigmented area  (scars)
. some times one or two weeks later other area of the buttock develops one or two bumps . I went to a dermatologist and he said that’s just a folliculitis and I take oral and local antibiotics for around 15 days such as clindamycin and doxycyclin with local Fusidic acid , and still no improvement  and new  pimples appears . there is no lesions occurs in my penis or on around the anal .

I would suggest going back to see your Dermatologist on this .... no STD symptoms would last 7 months straight!

Herpes doesn't leave scarring to my knowledge and developing symptoms one week later seems way too soon for another outbreak.  Your doctor is probably right that you have folliculitis, but seek the opinion of another doc if you remain concerned.  However, since you had unprotected sex, testing for STDs is a good idea anyway.
