is this an STD

i had a sexual experience for the first time on May 10th 2008. it was a sexual intercourse with a gurl and i was using condom. then at night i did it again with another gurl. i again was using a condom. these are only two experiences of my life. may 28th i fainted and it was due to a lot of abdominal pain. the from that day till july 20th 2008 i was contantly in a dying situation only due to abdominal pains. got very weak . i ahd my hiv test negative on the 13th of june. but on the 22nd of july 2008 . i had low fever for two days and it went away i notices painless red pimples on the shaft of penis and a cracky skin of my penis and a feeling of constant presure in pennis . what is it i m very worried. please tell me if it was an STD which made my life hell in the beginning with abdominal pains and now showing its symptoms.

Have you followed up with your doctor?  Its time to.  You need to figure out what is causing this.

no nothing else. but i mostly have very bad abdoinal pains. and i m very weak lost around 10 kilos

Was it called epididymitis?  That can certainly cause pain.

Its not normally caused by a cyst, though.  http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Epididymitis

Is there anything else you've been diagnosed with?  It helps me tremendously if I get all the info up front.

i also had a cyst in my left testicle. called epidydymus. is that causing pains.

The symptoms on your penis could be herpes or a fungal infection, but neither would cause severe cramping and fainting.

Its time to just get tested for other stds to rule them out, and look for other causes.
