Last night my boyfriend found a pimple near the botton of his penis it is neither small or large and we are both really worried he might have herpes, can someone please help us out on what this might be........

whats hsv1? And i dont have any symtoms and all he has is the one pimple but we are just really worried

Unless one of you has oral herpes (think cold sores, though you can have it without having cold sores), if neither of you have been with anyone else, it can't be herpes.
If you have hsv1, and give him oral, it can give him genital herpes type 1.
That said, a pimple isn't likely to be herpes, but he should see his doctor or std clinic to find out for sure.
