itching under foreskin.

Okay, I'll go ahead and say it, I am not that sexually active, I have only had sex a few times. Less than 2 weeks ago, I noticed my foreskin itching on the left side of my penis, under the head. Well at first I thought okay maybe it's some sort of bite that may have freakishly occured while masturbation. I cleaned the area thoroughly, I used Nuetrogena acne wash, even though it is not acne. I also made sure that it was dry after my showers. After cleaning, the itching goes away for a while until about the afternoon. This is where I found out that if I role back the foreskin and just let the air get to it, it helps, and the itching subsides. I have also noticed that I have more white substance under my foreskin than normal, as if I had not been cleaned it in a while, it's not a whole lot, but it's been years since I had that type of problem. There is no sores, no spots, no discharge from my urethra, everything looks fairly normal, besides the itching and the white substance. I reallt would like to know what a doctor says about this, it may lead me to go see my personal physician. thanks, i'm looking forward to a reply....

I'm not a doctor, but this sounds like a fungal infection.  You should get this checked by your doctor.
