hi!!doctor,
am really really worried depressed and will do anything if i test HIV positive..let me tell me about my self am 30 years old guy from a good and strict family..about 6 years before i had unprotected sex with a girl i meet in a club..after 3 months i was dectected with NGU was given medicine it did relapse but was cleared in 6 monthstime since than i was smoking marijuna/weed jus to have a proper sleep nobody knows about this not even my freinds n family.
its been 6 years since than did the same mistake..had unprotected sex twice in 2 days.
Day 3 i had this blood pimple in tip of my penius went to doctor and he said its nothing to worry i hapens when its all of friciton  gave me some lotion and it went away in 2 days.
Day 10 while i was driving i felt my eyes were buring it was watery and after that i had headache with nausea too i just felt weak dont feel like eating anythin whatever i ate felt pukish,felt like somthing gona comeout  from penius  it stinks normally never did went to doctor told him everything.says u dont have a discharge so nothing to worry same day tested blood serum bililubin tested negative.
Day 15 i had muscle pain felt tired all time.
Day 16 throat felt always dry headache and still have eye pain.
Day 20 went to eye doctor didnt told him anything about i had unprotected just told him that i have allergy sort of he tested my eyes and said your nerves are grown have to do other test too like HRT2.
Day 23 reports came negative said its jus allergy so game me some eye drop Flurometholone ophthalmic suspension USP to reduce itchy ness and some refreshing tears drop.
Day 25 went for blood test hiv1 hiv2,rpr,hbs ag..all came negative.
since day 15 my penius stinks,slight painful while urinating but not always..

its day 27th now what do i do?i knw i feel like i have a bacteria or virus running in my veins but my docotor dont beleive me.he says its not std u have to wait am goin crazy..6 years back also he said nothin after 3 months of waiting he beleived i had NGU...am getting paranoid am i getting any std again...or hiv??my diagonis i think its chlaymadia or Gonorrhea or maybe HIV too...cause i feel ill all time redness in my eye nausea,muscle hurts sometime burning while urinating not always..previously in NGU after 2months i had discharge bump in tip if my penius but now its nothing like that....please suggest me what if that girl had PID?what if she got std/hiv??do i get std symptoms first and than after 3 months HIV symptoms?but In 25 days hiv test came negative.
please please give me a way...suggest me doctor..thank you

Thats the time in which antibodies would develop, at 25 days. A rash can be many things but on this site, we cannot evaluate you just only by the symptoms you have, only doctors and tests can help determine what you have. Testing for HIV at 4 weeks (28 days) can help determine a baseline status of where you stand with HIV. From 28 days to 42 days, antibodies would begin to develop p24 antigens as they would say, Normally, from 4 weeks to 6 weeks after initial exposure, people would test positive between those weeks by 85% to 95%. CDC recommends you get tested at 3 months. Some doctors, not all, would say 6-8 weeks would be a strong indicator about your status because the status is not likely to change from that time. The tough thing is most stds are asymptomatic, meaning that symptoms wouldn't  even show. That is why we strongly encourage sexually active people to get tested.  You cannot base HIV alone by symptoms, only a test (standard or PCR) can help  determine that. Go to the doctor and have your symptoms checked out by him or her. If this can further help you, Herpes look like blisters, water-like blisters, and they often come in clusters in the area affected. They intentionally break open on their own and establish themselves as oozing sores. They typically heal in 2 to 4 weeks without leaving any scars. Syphilis come as a chancre, usually painless. Like herpes, it retreats back into the system only to linger more everyday. Syphilis is treatable and curable, but, Herpes stays for life and remains dormant until it reappears. HIV is also treatable but not curable. I hope for that cure to come soon.

thank u aelly...am really scared feel like i never gona have sex again..why always me :( my life is getting miserable..been goin through all sites they say average time for HIV is 25 days??i forgot to mention i have 1 rash i dono if its rash rash its red not itchy..but herpes and syphilis they sow up quickly isnt it?i think i have a discharge frm penius too tomorrow am goin for gram stain n urine culture...i too found that girl she seems like prostitute(gosh me)i dont wanna die..she seems to have PID dono about the HIV..am hoping she'll come with me 2moro 4 checkup..wat if she does have Hiv too>>why am i not getting any symptoms of hiv why only chylamadia??am stressed cant sleep..

You really had a risk. Did you know your partner's status at the time? It is very important to know the status of the person you are having sex with. You went to the doctors and even ruled out physical symptoms you have. You tested early for Syphilis, Herpes, and HIV. 6 weeks is enough time for syphilis, 3-4 months for herpes unless you developed physical symptoms beforehand, and 3 months for HIV (6-8 weeks after possible exposure is a good indicator of what your status is.) Please, always use a condom.
