joint pain from std

hi
ive contacted you before on the hiv hotline. i was with a sex worker 7 months ago and i had symptoms even though i was protected. i had severe nausea and sore throat with pain in the rectum, a few weeks later i woke up with a buzzing toe and then it progressed to joint pain in my knees ankles both wrist and both elbows. with nerve burning pain and lots of sensory symptoms i have seen many drs and had many test my original urine sample had m protien and my white count was 11.3 my emg stated neuropathy in my wrist from ulnar nerve entrapment and carpal tunnel with a possible brachial plexopathy i was tested for hiv 6 times in 5 months all neg i then started to develop occular migraines and feelings of falling. i just saw a new dr and he believes i had ureathitis that may have entered my blood stream and sprread to my joints he put me on 14 days of doxy my question is
1 is this possible
2 have you ever seen joint and nerve problems from stds
3 what other std could do this

I have never heard of any std doing any of the things you described in the year and a half I have been posting on MedHelp. Condoms offer more than 99% protection against std's. You need to be seeing an orthopaedist or a nerve specialist. This is not an std issue.

All of your symptoms sounds like Gonorrhea, where you even tested for that?
