i think i have an std , i need a blood test , but too fearfull to take test, cant stand needles, my ejaculate is lumpy , yellowy, green, i have constant pain in my penis, my gp says he cannot do anything untill i have had the blood test, as no one seems to help me.could you suggest what i might do  to get help, i am 26years old , i cant have a sex life, i feel desperate. i have increased my canabishelp use to relieve pain and have taken cocain for the same reason.

You probably wouldn't even get blood tested.  The best way to determine what you have is to take a sample of the discharge.  The other way is to get a urine sample.

Make sure you don't urinate for an hour at least before you go to the doctor.

And really - not getting tested doesn't change the fact that you might have something.  Getting tested means you can treat it sooner, and start feeling better sooner.

And self medicating with pot and cocaine makes no real sense either.  Just go get tested.

Ok stop self medicating to help with the pain and stay away from cocain. You need to get tested because that is the only way to treat you. Talk to your Dr about doing a urine test and a swab, I don't think a blood test is needed in this case.

Again get tested before it does damage to you. If it is NGU, chlymidia or gonorrhea which symptoms point that way, they are treatable and curable.
